Welcome to Vicu! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the Vicu mobile application ("App", "Service", "Application") operated by Vicu ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Application. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

🔐2. Account-Free Service

Vicu is designed to provide a seamless and privacy-focused experience. You do not need to create an account or provide personal identification information to use the App. All data is stored locally on your device, ensuring maximum privacy and security.

While you may use the Service without an account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All data, including check-in records, photos, and statistics, are stored locally on your device.
• You are responsible for backing up your data and maintaining access to your device.
• We cannot recover your data if your device is lost, damaged, or data is deleted.
• Some features may require device permissions (camera, notifications, storage) to function properly.

Vicu is a comprehensive oral care tracking and management application that helps you maintain healthy dental hygiene habits. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Daily Care Tracking: Record and track morning and evening brushing, flossing, brush head replacement, and dental checkups.
• Brushing Timer: Built-in 2-minute timer with quadrant guidance for thorough cleaning.
• Reminder System: Customizable notifications for oral care activities.
• Statistics & Analytics: Visualize your oral care consistency with detailed charts and insights.
• Achievement System: Unlock achievements as you maintain your oral care streaks.
• Brushing Guide: Interactive Bass method guide with step-by-step instructions.
• Photo Records: Capture and store photos related to your oral care journey.
• Export Features: Generate and export daily check-in reports as images.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

💎4. In-App Purchases

Vicu offers in-app purchases ("IAP") for virtual coins that can be used to access premium features within the App. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the following:

4.1 Purchase Terms

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specified.
• Virtual coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Virtual coins are tied to your device and cannot be transferred between devices.
• Prices for in-app purchases are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with their respective refund policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple or Google support directly.

4.3 Feature Access

Certain features within the App may require spending virtual coins. Coin requirements are clearly displayed before use. You acknowledge that coin costs may change, and we reserve the right to modify coin pricing for features at any time.

📸5. User Content and Photos

You may upload, store, or share photos and other content through the Service. By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Your content does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.

You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Important: All photos and content are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your content on our servers unless explicitly required for the Service's functionality.

You agree not to use the Service:

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• To collect or track the personal information of others.
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.
• For any obscene or immoral purpose.
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Except as expressly authorized by us, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service, in whole or in part.

IMPORTANT: Vicu is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed for informational and tracking purposes only.

The content provided through the Service is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your dentist or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your oral health or any medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or used in this App.

8.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vicu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
